Shipping Policy

At Teneyckderick, we’re committed to delivering your beauty essentials quickly, safely, and reliably. We currently ship exclusively within Australia, and our logistics partners are chosen for their efficiency and reliability. Here’s everything you need to know about how and when your orders will arrive.


1. Order Processing Time

We understand that fast service is important. That’s why all orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • During peak periods (such as promotions or holidays), processing times may take up to an additional 1–2 days, but we’ll always keep you updated via email.


2. Delivery Coverage: Australia Only

Currently, we only ship within Australia and do not support international shipping. Our fulfillment center is located in Aitkenvale, QLD, allowing us to reach all Australian territories efficiently.


3. Estimated Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you can expect delivery within the following timeframe:

  • Standard Delivery Time: 5–7 business days

Please note:

  • Deliveries to remote or rural regions may require additional time.

  • You'll receive an email with tracking information once your package is on the way.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total order value:

  • Orders between $0.01–$29.99 AUD: Flat rate of $3.99 AUD

  • Orders between $29.99–$$60.00 AUD:Flat rate of $3.99 AUD
  • Orders of $60.00 AUD or more: Free Standard Shipping

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website or via your order details page on teneyckderick.store.


6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

We strive to ensure your order arrives on time. However, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier disruptions

  • Holiday season volumes

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days after dispatch, please contact us and we’ll investigate immediately.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or if it's unclaimed at the local post office, we will:

  • Contact you for confirmation and arrange reshipment (additional fees may apply)

  • Offer a refund minus the original shipping cost if you do not wish to have it reshipped


8. Shipping Address Guidelines

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect address information.

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, parcel lockers, or international destinations.
