1. Are Teneyckderick products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our formulas are carefully developed to be gentle and skin-friendly. Most of our products are fragrance-free, non-comedogenic, and dermatologically tested. However, if you have known allergies, we recommend doing a patch test before full application.
2. Are your products cruelty-free?
Absolutely. Teneyckderick is a cruelty-free brand. We do not test on animals, and we ensure our ingredients are sourced from ethical suppliers that uphold the same values.
3. How long do your makeup products last after opening?
Each product has a Period After Opening (PAO) symbol on the packaging (e.g., 6M, 12M). Typically:

Always store your makeup in a cool, dry place and close containers tightly after use.
4. Do your foundations match Australian skin tones?
Yes. Our foundation range is developed with diverse Australian complexions in mind — from fair to deep, with cool, neutral, and warm undertones available.
5. How do I know which shade is right for me?
Each product page includes detailed descriptions, swatches on different skin tones, and shade recommendations. Still unsure? Contact our team with a photo (natural lighting) and we’ll help you match the best shade.
6. Can I return a product if I chose the wrong shade?
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for used cosmetics. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
7. Do you ship outside of Australia?
Currently, we only ship domestically within Australia. We hope to expand internationally in the future — stay tuned via our newsletter for updates.
8. How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within Australia takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. All orders come with tracking, so you can follow your package every step of the way.
9. Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery.
